Plan Year 2026 kynector Certification Training

KHBE, in partnership with the state Personnel Cabinet, has moved all training required for State Certification for kynectors to Commonwealth Offerings for Learning & Training (COLT) Learning Management System (LMS). 

Annual Recertification Training is now Live!

Effective Monday, August 17th, 2026, the Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange (KHBE) has launched the new COLT LMS, and the Plan Year 2027 Annual Recertification Training is now live for Agents and kynectors.

kynectors: Recertification Training must be completed by October 31, 2026.

Important: Any kynector who does not complete the required Recertification Training by their applicable deadline may lose system access for one year. Please log in to complete your training as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your access.
