​​​​​​​​​Plan Year 2022 kynector Certification Training

CMS Training is currently required ONLY for new kynectors who are onboarding prior to December 31, 2021. Existing kynectors who have already completed 2021 CMS Training ARE NOT required to complete the 2022 CMS Certification Training. 


 

The training is hosted by the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS); the online web-based training platform for kynectors providing application and enrollment assistance to consumers in federally facilitated marketplaces, including state partnership marketplaces and certain state-based marketplaces using the federal platform. The training can be accessed by registering as a new user or logging in as an existing user through the CMS Enterprise Portal.

KHBE, in partnership with the state Personnel Cabinet, has moved all training required for State Certification for kynectors to the My Purpose Learning Management System (LMS).
