What is KHBE?​

Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange (KHBE)  KHBE's function is to oversee the Commonwealth's implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Through the Exchange, individuals in Kentucky can determine their eligibility for tax credits and special discounts,  shop for health insurance, compare costs and plans, and apply for premium subsidies and tax credits. Individuals can also determine their eligibility for Medicaid and the Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program.
