The Guaranteed Acceptance Program and the Kentucky Access Program were programs established to assist high risk individuals in obtaining health insurance. In 2019, the oversight and funding of these programs were transferred to the Office of Health Data and Analytics. Health Insurers and Stop Loss Carriers may use the forms and email address below to report premiums or ask questions about the annual assessment.
