State-Based Marketplace (SBM) kynector Certification/Registration Training

Policy and Procedures for Agents and kynectors: This module highlights policies and procedures established by KHBE for the implementation and operation of Kentucky's State-Based Marketplace (SBM) utilizing the kynect health coverage system.
Navigating the kynect Dashboard (kynector): In this certification course, kynectors will understand the functionalities of the kynect Dashboard, Identify the kynect On Demand program expectations, and outline the kynect health coverage Prescreening Tool process to best support Residents.

Processing Applications in kynect: This Certification Course highlights how to submit a benefits application in kynect on behalf of a Resident. Agents and kynectors need to familiarize themselves with this process to better assist Residents with completing a benefits application.
Report a Change and Case Maintenance: This Certification Course highlights some of the Report a Change and Case Maintenance processes used in kynect. Agents and kynectors need to familiarize themselves with Report a Change and Case Maintenance processes to better assist Residents with their health coverage.
SHOP : This Certification Course highlights key policies and procedures of the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP). Agents and kynectors need to familiarize themselves with SHOP to better assist employers through the SHOP application process.
KI-HIPP: This Certification Course highlights some of the policies and procedures established for the Kentucky Integrated Health Insurance Premium Payment (KI-HIPP) Program. Agents and kynectors should familiarize themselves with KI-HIPP policies and procedures to better assist Individuals with their health coverage needs.
Privacy and Security: This Certification Course highlights some of the privacy and security rules, laws, and best practices for the handling of a Resident's protected information. Agents and kynectors need to familiarize themselves with privacy and security information to better assist Residents and protect their personal information.
