​Training Requirements for the Presumptive Eligibility Program

Beginning April 2025, the Department for Medicaid Services requires all PE Determiners and Organization Managers to complete certification training to operate on the kynect Self Service Portal (SSP). This page houses all current reference guides for the PE Determiner trainings. These guides are print versions of the Web-Based Trainings that are available to PE Determiners through the COLT Learning Management System (LMS).
