kynect resources is the CHFS directory of programs, services, and supports throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with built-in tools for users to help facilitate connecting residents to those supports.

Residents and Community organizations can use kynect resources to find local help, manage referrals and capture Social Determinant of Health information to better measure needs.
